Carl Jung was a brilliant man. He
wrote that “One of the main
functions of religious structures is to protect people against a direct
experience of God”…okay, in some cases, not many I believe that’s true. On the
other hand, history is overflowing with examples of mad men who stepped outside
of the boundaries of organized religion and quickly….without anyone to tell
them otherwise…..came to the conclusion that they were God.
