The summit of the great pyramid of Giza is 40
square feet and flat but it should be. Its point, the capstone, ( A pyramidion) is missing,
and no one knows why although there is some evidence that was missing as far
back as 2000 years ago. Yet there are some ancient records that state that
there never was a capstone. If it did have one, the surface four sides were polished
to a bright white. The capstone is thought to have been gold or gold surfaced,
which reflected off of the walls surfaces so it shone like a magnificent star.
