Listen to your work the way your reader with hear it.

I use this on almost everything I write because it’s a good practice to start. I have to because I can’t spell, I have a bad habit of leaving out words.  So this is what I do.

Create a new, blank sheet on Word.

Copy and paste your work onto the sheet.

On the very top of the Word sheet, click “Review” and find “Read  aloud”

Place the cursor at the point in your work you are reviewing and then click “Read Aloud.”

You can stop and start the process by clicking on “Read aloud”
