So I made meatballs and sausage in my own
sauce, meaning I didn't fry the meat as I usually do, I tossed it into the
sauce and let it cook. I was reluctant to try it, I mean raw meat and
all....but its fantastic, I won't ever fry meat balls and sausage again. It
added incredible flavor to the sauce (Along with my sugar, and tomatoes from my
garden and some wine) I used to left over sauce for the pasta (I don't
spaghetti) I also made stuffed shells....good lord is that easy to make....boil
the shells, mix the cheese with a raw egg, spinach, mozzarella & parmesan
cheese, stuff and bake for 30 minutes. Of course there are only two of us and
we now have enough food for an army.
