I went to Jersey Mikes yesterday in Charlestown, first time there, the grinders (Subs) are very good and made with better quality meats and bread. At check out, customers are given the option to tip the help, which is brilliant really, because it improves service and attitude and gives the employees a reasonable paycheck at the end of the week. The place is crazy busy, confirming my theory that if you sell a quality product at a reasonable price you won't fail. The place was clean and the workers polite and happy, not the usual "I hate you I hate me and I hate the world" attitude that seems to prevail at most food places. If this is a franchise, it might be a good investment.
