So in 59 years
what have I learned?
A lot, actually
but what I was thinking about today is what I fool a made of myself every now and then, over the years, over some woman
now long gone, because I allowed her to manipulate my thinking and control
parts of my life….all in the name of love. But that’s not love. Love doesn’t do
that. What that is is just old fashioned manipulation and control.
When I stopped
allowing that to happen to me, when I learned to walk away from people like
that, my world changed for the better.
That’s one of the
things I’ve learned it’s just a shame it had to be learned the hard way.
